New Day #293

Got crafty with my friends over at the Davis Graveyard. Every year, Jeff and Chris create an award-winning cemetery display, every bit of which is handmade. If you're reading this in the Portland area, you've got to go see it.

Floyd and I learned how to carve a tombstone:

Yeah, I know, we look like Yentl the Yeshiva Boy and a Franciscan monk.

Then we learned how use a dremel and a hot knife, the latter of which is the funnest thing ever:
