New Day #219

Sorry for the missed day. I was at the Willamette Writers Conference without my laptop. While there, however, I rode a bicyle through the lobby and around the hotel ballroom. Just 'cuz.



The bike was being raffled and went to Monica Drake, author of the deliciously twisted novel, Clown Girl.

I gave the keynote speech and got to see the tickets for the first time for my upcoming play, which made me burst into tears. To have a stillborn novel come back to life as a play makes me happy beyond description.
