New Day #67

I swam a mile. Okay, technically, it was back and forth in the pool sixty-six times, but it's still a mile. By way of comparison, imagine for a moment that you're a Wall Street broker headed home to Brooklyn (because you're not an especially good broker) and you don't want to take the Brooklyn Bridge or the subway because you're afraid of both heights and enclosed spaces. Well, if you were me, you could swim home.

Of course, you'd probably die of hepatitis.

Wait a tick, what happened to the post about Holidazed? I got all excised if that was the book turned play you were working on.

The last time I swam a mile was in college. 72 laps at our pool. Good for you!

A mile without stopping? That's huge ... and a goal of mine to build up that much endurance in the water.

If I could only get the computer off my lap and my ass off the sofa.
