New Day #176

Travelled to Mountain View, California, which apparently has neither. The point of the trip was to see Theatre Works' production of the musical revue Snapshots. In the I-can't-believe-this-is-my-life category, I was the guest of the composer, Stephen Schwartz.

In other encouraging news, last night's reading broke the San Francisco curse with a responsive audience of about thirty people. (Thank you, Facebook.)

Things are looking up...

OH MY GOD - you were Steven Schwartz's guest?? Is that cause he attended your two favorite schools?? I can't believe this is your life, either.

See, the momentum of your movement is picking up! Breaking the ice with show tunes and whacky comedy in written word is BACK in vogue!
