New Day #13

Today's New Thing was being a pundit. I've done political commentary on the radio before, but today was the first time I've ever done so unscripted. (And, given what I said, possibly my last. I upset at least one listener when I asked, "How could Mike Huckabee look at George Bush and not believe we descended from apes?")

As a rule, my feet don't hit the floor until the sun is good and warm, so I had to sleep in my clothes last night to make sure I could get down to Kink FM to talk about yesterday's New Hampshire primary with Les Sarnoff and Rebecca Webb. Here's the link to the podcast of the taped portion, which doesn't include my thoughts on Huckabee and evolution or whether Mitt Romney wears the sacred Mormon underwear.

Oh it cut off too soon! I wanted you to keep talking; it's the best coverage I've heard all week!

And of course I wanted to hear the evolution stuff, simply because Huckabubble makes me queasy.

Good job!
