I've been watching a lot of Fred Astaire movies lately and have noticed how he wears his belt buckle on his hip. I tried it today and liked it so much I've decided it's my new fashion signature.
Unless, of course, I'm unknowingly doing some gang thing, in which case please let me know.

I will try this and see if I get any attention at work.
I often wear my belts that way, because my zippers are usually on the side. You need belts with no curves, otherwise they do not fit.
It is quite uncomfortable with the front fly; you have to take the belt off every time you go to the bathroom.
Looks good on you Marc!
I like your coat. Who is the maker? (as in your coat, not the Lord God Yaweh).
Dirty Crip! We Bloods is gonna cap yo ass!
I rarely wear belts because I have a very short torso and the belt just accentuates that flaw. I lose out on a whole spectrum of fashion accessorizing because of this.
Instead of using a belt I tie ribbon or fabric through my loops and tie it in that exact same spot.
The coat is made by some designer called Irregular.
Kidding. It's Giancarlo Ruffini.

OOOoo, Michael Nesmith used to do the same thing on The Monkees!
I personally like the look a lot. Of course, showing off the belt is easier for sure for a slim dude like you. The shirt tucked in looks nice and not unhip. Maybe if shirt-tucking became the hottest new thing, Americans would lose some of that weight! Keep up the tuck, Marc.
